Please arrange for a sitter during your appointment.
The salon is not an appropriate place for young children. Everything in a nail salon is either hot, sharp, or poisonous and young minds are distracted too easily while your hands are required to be on the table during your service.
The Art of Nailz is an independently operated station within a larger salon: it is unfair to expect neighboring salon professionals and fellow clients to babysit for you during your services.
If you arrive with children in tow, expect to have your appointment rescheduled.
SERVICE RESERVATIONS:
You will need to make an appointment in advance.
Group appointments and appointments booked within 24 hours require a 50%, non-refundable deposit.
The Art of Nailz reserves the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
Late arrivals are subject to modification of service in order to remain on schedule.

My livelihood depends on reliable clients, your courtesy is appreciated:
If you are unable to honor your reservation for any reason, you must call or text message me at (559)640-7319 with advance notice* so that your time can be filled.
*24 hours notice is appreciated, emergencies will be taken into account.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late I might need to modify your service in order to stay on schedule. It isn't fair to start the next client's service late because YOU weren't on time.
Your appointment is your responsibility! My booking software sends reminder messages for your convenience and mine but I do not make follow up calls.
I reserve the right to charge for reservations cancelled without sufficient notice.
NO GUARANTEES OR REFUNDS
I only see your nails for a few hours a month, the rest of the time they are your responsibility.
Since I can't be there at all times to keep an eye on how you are treating your hands, I cannot be responsible for damage to your nails once you leave the salon.
