Salon services in California shut down due to COVID-19 concerns on March 19, 2020.
We got a breif chance to re-open and then....pft.
As of August 29, 2020, Tulare County continues to be a problem area for COVID-19 cases and nail salons in Tulare county continue to be closed for indoor services.
As of now, I have no idea what the future has in store. I only know I can't realistically do nails in the parking lot.
